Can I wear hand-painted footwear normally?
Absolutely! Our painted footwear is designed for regular wear and protected with a high-quality coating and waterproof finish. However, like any footwear, the paintwork may be affected by excessive scratching, heavy wear, or extreme conditions.
Do you provide the footwear or do I need to supply my own?
You provide the footwear. Simply send us your own shoes that you know fit perfectly, and our artist will paint your custom design.
What types of footwear can you paint?
We work exclusively with leather footwear to ensure proper paint adhesion and durability. This includes everything from formal dress shoes to leather trainers.
Do you offer colour options?
We currently specialise in our signature monochrome designs. For the best results, we recommend providing minimalist footwear in either black or white.
DESIGN
How does the personal consultation work?
During your online personal consultation, you'll collaborate directly with our artist to develop your design. Don't worry if you don't have a clear vision, our artist can create suggestions based on anything that inspires you, from a particular person to a style you admire.
Can you do any design?
The design is completely your choice and can be painted on any part of the shoe. This includes portraits, landscapes, abstract patterns, or any custom artwork you have in mind. However, we cannot reproduce copyrighted images, logos, or branded designs without proper authorisation.
ORDERS
How long does the painting process take?
Turnaround time depends on your custom design, with most projects (outside of busy periods) completed within one week.
What are your pricing and payment terms?
Pricing is based on your custom design and will be discussed during your consultation.
Payment is structured in two parts: an initial deposit followed by final payment upon completion.
